You are welcome to browse this site, read our pages, and get in touch. In return, we ask that you don't try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or misuse it, and that you don't submit anything through our forms that is unlawful or that isn't yours to send.

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but the content here is for general information. Descriptions of what we build, timelines, and pricing indications are illustrative — the specifics for your project are confirmed in writing after a discovery workshop, and only that written quote and agreement are binding.

Sending us a message, booking a demo, or receiving a reply does not by itself create any obligation on either side. A project begins only when we both sign a proposal or agreement for it.

The Technomitra name, our logo, and the text and design of this site belong to us. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy the site's content or branding as your own. (Note: when we build a CRM for a client, the source code of that build is handed over to the client — that is governed by the project agreement, not by this website notice.)

Where we link out — to a social profile, a payment provider, or a tool we integrate with — we are not responsible for those sites or their content. Their terms and privacy policies are their own.

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
