Proof, honestly

We'd rather show how we prove a build worked than borrow a logo

We're a young studio. Most of our shipped work is in real estate, and the clients whose figures we could publish are still deciding what they're comfortable sharing. So here's the honest version — not invented results, but exactly how we measure whether a system did its job.

Your metric, not a vanity one · Confirmed against a baseline · No borrowed logos

Your metric

The number we build to move

How we prove it

A build either moves the number or it doesn't

No dashboards of vanity metrics. We agree on the one figure your leadership already watches, and we measure the build against it — honestly, both ways.

01

Baseline it

In discovery we write down the number you're judged on today — first-response time, no-shows, receivable days — as it actually stands, not as anyone wishes it were.

02

Build around it

The system is designed to move that specific number. If a feature doesn't help the metric, or the people who have to use it, it doesn't make the build.

03

Measure against it

After go-live we compare to the baseline, not to a slide — in the same report you already run. If it moved, you'll see it; if it didn't, we keep working.

What we target

The numbers a CRM should actually change

These are the operational figures we design builds to move. Which ones matter depends on your business — we confirm your baseline before promising anything about them.

Bring the number you're judged on

Whatever your leadership watches — response time, no-shows, receivables, recall rate — that is where we start. Tell us the number, and we will show what a build around it would move.

  • We measure on your metrics, not vanity ones
  • A baseline confirmed in discovery, not assumed
  • Live in four to six weeks
  • A reference call in your sector where possible
