Can drivers capture the POD without a complicated app?

Yes — a simple driver app where they mark delivery and take a photo of the signed POD, which attaches to the correct LR automatically because the trip is already assigned to them. It works on a basic Android phone and offline, syncing when there is signal, because coverage on a highway is not something to depend on.

Does it integrate with GPS or telematics we already use?

Usually. If your vehicles have a GPS provider with an API, we pull live location onto the consignment view so ops and the customer see where a load is without a call to the driver. Where there is no device, the driver app's check-ins give you the key milestones — picked up, in transit, delivered.

How does it handle market vehicles, not just our own fleet?

Both, on the same board. Own trucks track fuel, maintenance and driver; market vehicles track the hire rate, advance and balance against the broker or owner. The margin on a market-vehicle trip — customer freight minus hire — is visible per trip rather than worked out at month-end.

Can it settle the billing disputes we get on freight?

That is much of the point. The rate is agreed at booking, the POD proves delivery, and detention or extra charges are logged against the trip when they happen — so the invoice is backed by a record, not a memory. Disputes drop because the paperwork is already matched when the bill goes out.
